• Please remove all documentation with personal or confidential information and family photos.

• We kindly as that you remove, store, or clearly mark all items that are not intended for sale prior to the consultation, photography, marketing, staging process and/or the sale weekend.

• If needed, we request that you lightly vacuum, dust, and wipe down high touch surfaces. Also please remove general trash, expired or opened food, clean up pet litter pans and/or remove used personal hygiene products.

• All of these steps will help enhance your estate sale!

• The duration can depend on the size of the home and the amount of contents on your estate.

• We typically aim to have 2-4 weeks of lead time to maximize the advertisements and the home staging process. During the time leading up to the sale our team will be photographing, staging, researching the items and pricing accordingly.

• Our on-site estate sales range from 1-3 days.
